  1. this question is really pretty complex so i understand if you are to not reply. I’m 21, a man, and i’m having a baby this summer (due August 30). I weighed 220 when my gf and i first met 3 years ago and now tip the scales at 279, 3 years later. With my baby being due almost 6 months away, i’ve set up a diet and plan for jogging that is much healthier than my former lifestyle. i want to lose a total of 50 pounds, roughly 2 pounds a week to get me back to my happier size so i’ll be healthier for my son or daughter.

    You are an amazingly positive influence and i’ve read all your entries. please offer advise on how you got started and evolved your workout plan.

    here are my questions:

    1- how old are you?

    2- what was your starting weight and what date did you start?

    3- what is your current weight?

    I guess i’m mainly curious how much weight you lost and over what span of time…
