This last week was finals! I only worked out on Sunday and Monday, and both were extreme cardio days. I didn’t want to work out before or on the days of my finals because I would probably be too tired to do well on them. I felt hungry all day everyday this week. I probably ate twice the amount of food I usually do. I felt guilty eating so much, but my body was telling me to eat!
This week is going to be interesting. I am planning on going to the gym Mon, Tues, and Wednesday. Christmas is Thursday, and I leave for Hawaii at 6:40am on Friday! Coming back the 1st! I have a doctors appointment on Jan. 6th so the doctor can figure out why my wrist has been hurting so badly!
Throughout high school I was constantly thinking about joining the military. Back in high school I weighed 280 pounds and couldn’t do a push-up or run a mile! Now it’s been a year and a half since I’ve graduated and I’m down to 168 pounds! I can do many push-ups, sit-ups, and can run nonstop for about 4-5 miles. Well, the military is now back on the table! I’m talking to friends who are currently in the military and just getting out. I’m thinking either the Navy or the Air Force. Now I am training at the gym, getting my body ready for possibly going to boot camp this summer.
Weighed in day: 168 Pounds! -2 pounds
